Extra Life Poly 2 is a polyurea thickened lubricating grease based on mineral oil and polymer. The grease contains antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, and EP/AW additives. The thickener, together with the special base oil blend, makes the product suitable for the lubrication of lightly loaded bearings operating at medium to high speeds, at a wide temperature range. The combination of the polyurea thickener and the antioxidant additives gives a potent and durable protection against thermal degradation. Extra Life Poly 2 is especially developed for lubrication of bearings in electrical motors and applications operating under similar conditions. The product is designed to ensure long life for rolling bearings, even in conditions where severe temperatures and humidity may be present.

Directions for Use
Extra Life Poly 2 can be applied by hand, or by using a standard grease gun or via a central lubricating system designed for and capable of pumping an NLGI No.2 grease. As with all greases used for the first time, check compatibility with the grease applied previously and if necessary purge bearings prior to application. Take care not to over-lubricate and apply the quantity of grease recommended by the bearing manufacturer.
