PRESSAIR 1520 a Multigrade type air compressor lubricant made form solvent refined high quality paraffinic stock oils having narrow cut distillation ranges.

PRESSAIR 1520 is recommended for single and multi-stage air compressors, and is particularly effective for continuous high temperature arduous operation with exhaust temperatures up to 220oC.
The recommended oil drain period for units working at maximum air discharge temperature of 100oC is 4000hrs
Pressair 1520 is suitable for both reciprocating and rotary type compressors and is recommended for use in most compressor oil applications.
In crosshead type reciprocating machines Pressair 1520 oil is suitable for crankcase lubrication.
Due to the narrow cut distillation range and additive treatment Pressair oil has high resistance to oxidation and deposit formation as measure in the DIN 51352-1 oxidation test and Pneurop oxidation test following DIN 51353-2.
Pressair 1520 exceeds the Quality Levels VD-L-22, 46 and 100 in DIN 51506 which specifies the Requirements and Safety Aspect for Selection and Testing Air Compressor Lubricants.
These lubricants also provide good protection against rust, have good load carrying characteristics and separate readily from water.
