Polygear PAG Synthetic Industrial Gear Oil

A premium fully synthetic industrial gear oil formulated with advanced Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG) base fluids and a specially engineered additive system. Designed for demanding industrial applications, it delivers exceptional protection against wear, heavy loads, and thermal degradation while providing extended lubricant service life.

PAG technology offers outstanding lubricity and maintains a strong, reliable lubricating film across a wide operating temperature range, ensuring optimum gearbox performance in both high-temperature and low-temperature environments.

Key Benefits

  • Exceptional load-carrying capability for heavily loaded gear systems
  • Outstanding oxidation stability for extended oil life and reduced maintenance
  • Superior wear protection to maximise gearbox reliability and service life
  • Excellent corrosion and rust protection
  • High lubricity for reduced friction and improved operating efficiency
  • Reliable performance across a wide temperature range
  • Maintains effective lubrication under both extreme temperatures and heavy loads

Typical Applications

Suitable for industrial gearboxes operating under severe service conditions where extended lubricant life, high load capacity, and excellent thermal stability are required.

Compatibility Information

Polyalkylene Glycol (PAG) lubricants are not compatible with mineral oils or most conventional synthetic lubricants.

When converting from a mineral-based gear oil, the gearbox must be thoroughly drained, flushed, and cleaned before filling with PAG lubricant.

PAG lubricants may affect certain gearbox paints, coatings, and sealing materials. Compatibility should be verified before use.

Important Notice

PAG lubricants must not be mixed with any other lubricant type.

Mixing with mineral oils or other synthetic lubricants can adversely affect performance and may lead to equipment damage.
